Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We use FedEx for our shipping quotes. Please ensure your address is recognized by FedEx. We have found the address on your CFE/TelMex bill is more accurate.
If you do not receive an automatic shipping quote, you may choose pick-up and we will provide you a shipping quote the next business day
Customs, duties, and taxes
Art Vallarta is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Art Vallarta is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Refunds require an email confirmation from us prior to return. We offer returns within 14 days of purchase if the product is unopened. We do not offer refund for custom orders.
